At the Verona pool consessions stand which is owned by Miele's bakery,ripped me off I waited 45 minutes for a quesadilla combo. I was number 45 my friend was number 52 (just saying the numbers go in order). My friends took about ten minutes and I was still there. I Complained multiple times and they told me it's because it's a combo . I knew this wasn't true because my friend also got a combo . It's pretty clear they lost my order. But instead of admitting to it they lied . They just think because I'm a kid they can walk all over me. But this is only one example of mistreating kids.i feel bad for the cook because he is the only one cooking . But Ron ( the cook ) has to be able to cook a simple meal quickly . And if not have 2 cooks to speed things up
Excellent baked goods, cakes and many many more. Wonderful, pleasant place to have coffee and sweat treat. The cakes are so beautiful and tastes good.
Amazing cupcakes!!! I called in my order and were delivered promptly!! Plus got a few extra just because!!! Thank you for making my afternoon better w our sugary sweet amazing cupcakes!!! Loved the lemon and sea salt chocolate caramel!!! Yummm
Miele's bakery, which gives concessions to the Verona Pool, is very disappointing. The wait times for food, including small items like fries, is extremely long. I waited 15 minutes for 4 small quesadillas, and 10 minutes for a small order of fries with plastic-like cheese on top of it. The food is overall mediocre, and the staff are composed of teens working there for minimum wage during the summer, which is to say rude and inefficient. The food is also very overpriced for what is basically middle school cafeteria level food. The quesadilla was 8.50 and the fries were 3.50 for a small. Overall, I will be bringing lunch and snacks to the pool during my next trips
Love the service and their baking goods!! I would definitely recommend this bakery. I'm glad I was able to discover their shop as I explored my town. My sister and mom loved the birthday cakes they made for them :D
